Prepare the dough. Break the eggs into a deep bowl, add a glass of sugar and beat with a mixer for 5 minutes.


Gradually add sifted flour, stirring with a spatula.



Let's prepare the filling. Grind 50 grams of butter at room temperature with sugar using a mixer. Add vanilla sugar and low-fat cottage cheese. Mix until smooth.



Peel and cut the apples.



Grease a baking dish with butter. Place some apples.



Fill them with half of the dough. Flatten with a spatula.




Add curd filling. Fill with the second half of the dough.
