How to make cutlets - recipe step by step

Step 1. As in previous recipes, chop the chicken fillet into cubes on a board.

Step 2. Chop the onion and immediately place it in a frying pan - fry until golden brown.

Step 3. Cut the champignons into cubes and add them to the onion. Fry until the water from the mushrooms evaporates. Cool the mushrooms and onions.

Step 4. While the mushrooms are cooling, we return to our chicken fillet. Chop parsley on a board and add to the fillet. mix.

Step 5. Now our mushrooms have cooled down. It's time to put them in a bowl with chicken and herbs, beat in an egg, add salt and spices. All that remains is to mix everything well.

Step 6. Heat a frying pan with oil, put the minced meat there - a tablespoon at a time, leveling the edges. Fry chopped chicken cutlets with mushrooms over low heat, on both sides, until cooked.
